Nice garden, nice breakfast room, very good location near metro stop and Vatican
My room was a bit dingy, clean enough but stuffy and smoky-smelling. Also I was charged 16 euros for using Sky television. I didn't see any notice in the room that turning on the TV would incur a charge.

The staff was courteous. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Rome, with a Metro station just nearby, easy bus access into the center (via the no 70 bus) and a 20 minute walk from Piazza Navona. We were four - three of us stayed in a triple, which was quite comfortable, and one of us in a single room. It worked out well, and the prices were reasonable, given Rome.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Gerber. The location was just perfect, with the metro station only a few minutes away and all the major attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. The breakfast provided a delicious spread of fresh fruit, pastries, and a variety of options. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor seating area and a rooftop terrace with a view of a nearby church. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Gerber and would highly recommend it to others.

Great location close to attractions, with a metro stop just next to the hotel. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, with amenities like a security box. the breakfast is fantastic, offering a variety of options including cereal, juice, and hard boiled eggs. the staff is also very helpful, providing directions and suggestions for things to do in the area.
The shower in the rooms is quite small and may not be suitable for everyone.

Wifi was fast and usually worked, which seemed to be as good as can be expected in Rome as I know others who stayed in more expensive hotels and did not have a good connection. Ac worked well. Breakfast was very nice.
Dining room is in a windowless room.

The hotel was fine - the beds were good. There was free Wi-fi and the breakfast was nice.
The showers were tiny, and not too clean.

The breakfast was decent with fresh croissants, coffee, and cereal. The staff was also quite friendly and helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel's location was great, only a short walk to the local metro station and other main attractions.
The hotel room was not in good condition and did not provide a comfortable stay during our Christmas vacation. The room was old and outdated, with a musty odor that was very unpleasant.

Excellent location. Away from city centre so felt less touristy but still able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Metro only 2 mins walk away (1 euro for any single journey). Excellent eating places close by.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the Vatican Museum and other main attractions. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood in the Vatican district, allowing for a peaceful stay while still being close to the action. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed during our stay. They even arranged transportation from the airport for us, making our arrival hassle-free. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, such as having a big balcony and ample space for our belongings. The breakfast provided at this hotel was delicious and satisfying. The cappuccino was excellent and they offered a variety of cakes, croissants, fruits, and more to start our day on a good note.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The Hotel Gerber in Rome exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and well-equipped rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was another highlight, conveniently situated close to the Lepanto Metro stop, making it easy to explore all the main attractions in Rome, including the Vatican area.
All aspects of this hotel were exceptional; I couldn't find a single fault.

The neighborhood was so close to the Vatacin and the Metro and had nice resturants.
Lobby was a bit depressing and the room was a bit shabby but clean.
